Catherine Harrison is the Senior Group Head of Operations at the London Diplomatic Association and Founder and Managing Director of Bee-Assisted Limited. With over 40 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, entrepreneurs and high-profile individuals, she brings extensive expertise in executive operations, strategic relationship management, business development and organisational leadership.

Throughout her career, Catherine has built a reputation for delivering exceptional executive support, streamlining business operations and developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across a diverse range of sectors. Her ability to combine strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail enables leaders to focus on growth, innovation and achieving their long-term objectives.

As the Founder of Bee-Assisted Limited, Catherine has established a successful executive support business dedicated to providing professional Executive, Personal and Lifestyle PA services to business leaders, entrepreneurs and private clients. Her commitment to excellence, discretion and client service has earned her industry recognition and a reputation for delivering tailored solutions that save clients valuable time.

Catherine is also passionate about championing the Executive Support profession. She actively mentors aspiring and established Executive Assistants, supports professional development initiatives and works to inspire the next generation to consider careers within the profession.

In her role with the London Diplomatic Association, Catherine works collaboratively with the Executive Team to strengthen strategic partnerships, support operational excellence and contribute to the continued growth of the Association and its international network.

As the Deputy Group Head of Operations for the London Diplomatic Association, I oversee the seamless coordination of operational strategies that support diplomatic engagements and international relations. My role involves fostering robust relationships with business partners and diplomats from across the globe, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared objectives. With a keen understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and a commitment to excellence, I strive to enhance the operational efficiency and impact of the association’s initiatives.

In addition to my operational expertise, I am a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, one of the UK’s most prestigious healthcare institutions. Ranked among the top hospitals in the country, Guy’s and St Thomas’ is renowned for its cutting-edge medical research, exceptional patient care, and commitment to innovation. In my role, I specialize in supporting individuals with communication needs, employing evidence-based practices to empower them to express themselves effectively and improve their quality of life. My work spans diverse patient populations, from children to adults, and I take pride in delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

My unique skill set bridges the worlds of diplomacy and healthcare, combining a deep understanding of communication support with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships. Whether working with individuals in need or collaborating with international partners, I am driven by a passion for fostering connection, understanding, and progress. My dual expertise enables me to contribute meaningfully to both the diplomatic and healthcare sectors, making a positive impact on a local and global scale.

Suthada Srisung, joins the LDA team, as joint Group Head of Data Analysis and Data Analytics. Suthada is experienced in analysing customer transactions, building risk forecasting models, and designing dashboards to enhance business insight. Awarded an Academic Scholarship for MSc in the UK. Fluent in English, Thai, and conversational Chinese. Passionate about transforming data and improving technical skills for a long-term career in Data Science.

Suthada is excited about the many projects she will be working on for the LDA, its subsidiaries and other divisions and has already started working on projects for one of our global partners. Suthada, enjoys working in a team and interfacing with clients and not just behind the scenes analysing the substantial amount of data the LDA has, but also advising us on the best systems to use.

As the LDA’s Group Head of Partner Relations, Nick’s twenty years of managing various commercial relationships really come to the fore. Well versed in Financial Services and Banking, Data and Technology, as well as wider Professional Services, Nick is perfectly placed to coordinate relationships between the LDA’s business community and also its diplomatic members.

Nick’s role involves bringing together people from across the world, either with a view to expand internationally for domestic organisations, or to obtain better channels into London and the wider UK for overseas businesses. Nick’s deft ability to connect parties from cross-cultural backgrounds facilitates international relations and deeply enhances the impact of the LDA’s initiatives.
